1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use apply to this website and to WhatsApp transaction alerts sent through WIMVO. They are an agreement between you and WSE Infratech Pvt. Ltd. ("WSE", "we", "us" or "our"), the company that owns the registered product WIMVO. By using this website or agreeing to receive alerts, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or opt in to alerts.
2. About WIMVO
WIMVO is cold storage management software used by cold storage operators to manage enrollment, weighment, inspection, storage, picking, billing and dispatch.
This website is for information only. Access to the WIMVO software is provided to cold storage operators under a separate written licence agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Using this website
You may browse this website and contact us about WIMVO. You must not:
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or any account.
- Interfere with the website's security or performance, or upload harmful code.
- Copy or scrape content from the website in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Give false information when you contact us or request a demo.
4. WhatsApp alerts
- Utility alerts only. Alerts are automated messages about your own bookings and stock, sent on behalf of the cold storage where you booked space. We do not send promotional messages.
- Consent. You receive alerts only if you agreed when you enrolled. You confirm that the mobile number you gave belongs to you or that you are allowed to use it.
- One-way. Replies are not monitored or answered. For any question, contact the cold storage office.
- Availability. Alerts depend on WhatsApp, your phone and network connections. They may be delayed or not delivered, and we do not guarantee delivery.
- Opting out. To stop alerts, tell the cold storage office or write to support@wseinfratech.com. Stopping alerts does not affect your booking or stock.
5. Official records
Alerts are generated from the data the cold storage operator enters in WIMVO. They are for your convenience only. The official record of your booking, stock, weights, bills and gate passes is the printed documents issued by the cold storage, including your bond booklet. If an alert differs from these documents, the printed documents apply. Please report any mismatch to the cold storage office.
6. Intellectual property
The WIMVO name, logo, software, website design and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, change or use them without our written permission, except to view this website for its intended purpose.
7. Third-party services
Alerts are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is provided by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner, and Tally is a trademark of Tally Solutions. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from this site.
8. Disclaimer
This website and the alerts are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will always be available, error-free or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the alerts, including loss caused by a delayed, missed or inaccurate alert. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
