HOW IT WORKS

WIMVO follows the same flow as your cold storage: inbound, storage and outbound, with admin tools to set it up your way. Every farmer gets an Enrollment ID and a QR-coded bond booklet that connects every step.

PHASE 1

Inbound

From first registration to a verified, weighed and inspected lot.

Customers & KYCRegister farmers, growers and traders with ID proof. Each gets an Enrollment ID and a QR bond booklet.

Bookings & ReservationsCheck daily slot capacity, reserve space in bags and print a booking slip with a QR code.

Gate Entry & WeighbridgeScan the booking QR at the gate. Gross and tare weights are captured and the average bag weight is calculated.

Inspection & QCRecord the received count, damaged or mixed potatoes and notes in English, Hindi or Bengali.

PHASE 2

Storage

Every lot placed, tracked and monitored through the season.

Storage AllocationPlace each lot by building, floor, room, chamber, rack and bin. Occupied locations are locked, so nothing is double-assigned.

Season & MonitoringTrack stock across the season with daily storage snapshots. Close the season cleanly and carry masters forward.

Outbound

Pickup RequestRaise a release against a Lot Code, for the full quantity or part of it, Dry or Wet.

Picking & WeighingGenerate picking slips by SKU or chamber, then weigh the outgoing stock.

Picking & LoadingAssign the labour team and master operator, and load the vehicle.

Billing & Gate PassCharges are calculated from the season's approved rates. The gate pass is released only after billing is cleared.

Does it need internet to run?

No. Daily operations run on your local network. Internet is only needed for cloud reports and syncing.

Can it connect to my existing weighbridge?

Most weighbridge indicators with serial or network output are supported. We confirm your model during setup.

Does it work with Tally?

Yes. Approved accounting entries sync to Tally.

Can it match my storage layout?

Yes. You define your own storage hierarchy, such as Building, Floor, Room, Chamber, Rack and Bin, and add or remove levels to match your facility.

How many users can use it?

The site licence covers unlimited configured users at your facility. Each user gets a role that controls what they can see and do.

Can I reply to the WhatsApp alerts?

No. WhatsApp is used only for automated transaction alerts, and replies are not monitored. For any query, contact the cold storage office directly.

How do I stop WhatsApp alerts?

Inform the cold storage office and your number will be removed from WhatsApp alerts.
